Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with CeCe & Co.

We hope you enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind, we will be happy to except a return and keep a Store Credit on non-final sale items once we receive the item back. Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be available.  If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and repurchase with your store credit once it is processed.     

In the unfortunate event you receive damaged goods, you must contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of any claims of Damaged Goods.  Email:  customercareteam@cecenco.com

All returned items must have the original tags still attached.  All items must be unworn and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains.  If any returns do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense.

We recommend keeping track for your return.  This will ensure when returns arrive to our warehouse.  We are not responsible for lost return packages.
